Penseé is an enthusiastic leader, business Development and strategy formulation expert with 14 years comprehensive experience shared between multinational and Governmental entities. She is innovative and capable of handling a wide scope of duties with ability of maintaining equilibrium. She is capable of taking inconsistency to a new height and to initiate change at the drop of the hat.

Penseé had a various experience in multinational companies with successful recognized results, starting by being a technical expert in SIEMENS NV Belgium followed by her success in launching the first DWDM project in Egypt and Middle East; she ended her engineering career by being a prelaunch team for the third mobile operator in Cairo (etisalat) as a network development manager.

After finalizing the academic courses of her MIBA, Penseé decided to start her contribution in the Egyptian Government by Joining Ministry of Finance 2010 as Ministry consultant for special projects. She had shown a great contribution in the period followed by the Egyptian revolution 2011 by being the head of Compensation Unit.

The prime minister assigned her to handle the Martyrs and Injured file that ended by her ability to support in creating the Martyrs and injured fund, She was assigned as the Managing Director for the fund under his Excellency supervisor with the support of the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Finance, that shown her talent in the Quick response to crisis and political changes, in addition to the strong desire for immediate results and meeting deadlines, and her Skilful use of vocabulary in persuasion in critical situations and her good support to team for handling governmental paperwork.

Penseé holds an international Master in Public Procurement management form Tor Vergata University Roma and a member in the International Public Procurement Network.

She succeeded to be one of the technical financial governmental experts that nominated her to coordinate and contribute in the creation of the Egyptian PFM Strategy via ensuring the collaboration of the assigned stakeholders to guarantee professional execution.

Finally, she pursues continuous knowledge and challenges that generates entity success and serves the assigned objectives.
