This is an introductory module that explores the main rationales, principles and aims of public procurement regulation at national and international levels. The module will focus in particular on the discussion of the general rules and principles that govern public procurement regulation in the European Union.

EXAM MODALITY:

Available Time: 3 hours (1 hour for each section: Prof. Georgopoulos, Prof. Anderson, Prof. Nicholas)

 
Note: The exam will be divided in three parts (corresponding to the structure of teaching): Part A (Prof. Anderson), Part B (Prof. Georgopoulos), Part C (Prof. Nicholas).


All the students will be required to choose 1 out of 2 questions for each section.
